Chairman's Club Honorees have Contributed Over $10,000 to the
Delta CARE & Scholarship Fund
This year marks the 30th Anniversary of Chairman’s Club — a milestone moment in celebrating the very best of Delta and defining what extraordinary looks like. For three decades, Chairman’s Club has recognized employees who lead with integrity, inspire others and consistently raise the bar for excellence across our operation. Delta Chairman’s Club has been the most prestigious corporate recognition program at Delta Air Lines and is unique in that our members are nominated and selected by their peers and validated by Delta’s most senior leaders. The 100 employees represent divisions from across the company and make up nine Chairman’s Club Business Units. The number of Honorees representing each Business Unit is evaluated at the start of each year and revised if needed based on the current year’s headcount.
Honorees are the employees who consistently demonstratethe “Delta Difference” — caringfor ourcustomers, coworkers, and the communities we serve. Honorees exemplify Delta’s Rules of the Road, demonstrate the Brand Attributes of No One Better Connects the World, and puts into practice the Most Important Behaviors.
